SELLADORE Rosé 2024
AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence
Vinification : manual harvesting at night to optimize the freshness on arrival in the cellar.
Delicate pressing before a short contact of the skins with the juices to obtain this delicate pale color and extract all the aromas.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Blending 6 weeks before bottling.
Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault & Rolle.
Tasting: Clear and luminous colour. Nose: first nose on wild strawberries then on white-fleshed fruits and citrus fruits. Palate: Frank, very balanced. Beautiful freshness with citrus aromas. Persistent finish on white peach. Pairing: Warm goat cheese salad, seafood plancha or simply as an aperitif.fruits de mer ou simplement en apéritif.
The Lunar Collection Rosé 2024
IGP Méditerranée
Vinification : Harvest on three different nights, hence the three moons. The vines grew on three different plots in a clay-limestone valley.
Grape Varieties: Grenache, Caladoc & Cinsault.
Tasting: Pale pink color. Nose: A delicate nose seduces with aromas of strawberry and cherry followed by hints of peach. Palate: The palate reveals vibrant notes of grapefruit and citrus. Notes of fresh and intense red fruits with generous fruity flavors. Pairing: Provencal dishes, seafood, and especially grilled meats and fish.

AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence Blanc 2024
Vinification : manual harvest at night.
Pressing of the destemmed berries at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Grape variety: 85% Rolle, 15% Sémillon.
Tasting: Beautiful pale color with slightly golden highlights.
Nose: Delicate, with orange blossom and mandarin zest, with slightly honeyed notes.
Palate: Clean, with fresh citrus fruits. Pairing: Appetizer, fresh goat cheese, fried calamari.
AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence Rouge 2021
Vinification : manual harvest. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats.
Grapes: Grenache & Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting: Beautiful dress with cherry reflections. Nose: expressive with notes of cherry. Mouth on black fruits: blackberry, cherry. Supple, greedy and velvety tannins. Pairing: Roasted poultry, Provençal stuffed vegetables.

AOP Côtes de Provence Blanc 2023
Vinification : manual harvest at night, pressing of the destemmed berries at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats
Grape variety: 100% Rolle
Tasting: Clear and brilliant colour. Very expressive nose with aromas of elderflower and mandarin zest. The mouth is ample and round, followed by a nice freshness on the nectarine. Perfect pairing with Provençal pie, roast chicken, tuna tartare.
AOP Côtes de Provence Rouge 2021
Vinification : Manual harvest, vinification in stainless steel vats. Aging 6 months in French oak barrels.
Grapes: 80% Syrah, 20% Cinsault
Tasting: Beautiful dress with purple reflections. Nose: Complex, on black fruits. Floral notes of violet. Spicy. Palate: Well structured with supple tannins. Aromas of black fruits. Vanilla finish. Pairing: Piece of beef, farmhouse cheeses.

La Chapelle Rosé 2023
AOP Côtes de Provence
Vinification : Manual harvest at night. Delicate pressing of the berries at low temperature, short contact of the skins with the juices to obtain a delicate pale color and extract the aromas. Vinification in French oak barrels followed by an aging of 6 months.
Grapes: 40% Syrah, 40% Cinsault, 20% Rolle.
Tasting: Beautiful bright rose petal color. Nose: Very aromatic with notes of strawberry and salted butter caramel. Palate: Round and complex. Beautiful balance between fat and minerality and complexity due to barrel aging. Persistent finish on wild strawberry.
Food and wine pairing: Grilled sea bream stuffed with lemon and thyme, spicy oriental cuisine or why not… a tropézienne?!
La Chapelle Rouge 2022
AOP Côtes de Provence
Vinification : Cuvée only made in very good years. Manual harvest. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats then aging for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Grape variety: 95% Syrah, 5% Cinsault.
Tasting: Beautiful, intense purple color.
Nose: Rich and complex with aromas of black fruits, blueberry, blackberry, and hints of licorice.
Palate: Full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure and ample notes of black fruits, licorice, and tobacco. Beautifully persistent aromas. Pair with: Beef tenderloin with truffles, mature cheeses. Decanter the wine and enjoy it now.
Aging potential: 15 years..
